I’m still bathing in the afterglow of a wonderful party last night. It was one of those perfect nights – amazing friends, great atmosphere and fantastic food. Our chef Felix, from Paella Chef, played a huge part in the success of the night. He was warm, friendly, charming and extremely helpful. These guys run a great operation. We hired these guys to cater our wedding in the Hunter Valley and they did an amazing job. We had antipasti after the ceremony and paella for the main. Our guests loved the antipasti and it was beautifully presented, which is exactly what we were after. The paella is literally the best that myself and my husband have ever had. I attended a Christmas Party lunch that was catered by Paella Chef. Felix put so much time, effort and passion into cooking the paella and explaining the various steps involved in the whole process from start to finish. This was awesome to watch as the whole meal came to life. The dish had amazing with vibrant colours and plenty of fresh ingredients being constantly added.
The end result was perfect. It was 10/10. The paella was awesome and tasty and the best that I’ve had. Everybody loved the paella and many people went back for seconds.

We celebrated a special birthday at our home in Palm Beach with 50 family and close friends in late March where Felix, Bovi and Jaz provided two sumptuous paella dishes and sides for us. All our guests were enticed by the fabulous aroma waffling along our decking and everyone complimented on the flavours and taste of his gourmet food. Arranged for Paella to cater for party of 30 people and certain people could not eat certain food. Paella made arrangements to separate on serving to ensure the mixed of food was met. He came and set-up for an event at a park for us and as he was cooking was happily answering questions and talking to everyone who walked up to the cooking area.
